Schedule & Logistics

Timeliness is essential. We pack a lot into our days, and have an incredible network of volunteers that help make this happen, so being on time is required.

This schedule is communicated well in advance, so plan accordingly.

This means if you know you aren’t an early morning person, make plans to ensure you are at the theatre by 8:00 AM. If you are not at the theatre by 8:00 AM, the Miss Wausau Area Organization can choose to not allow you to compete.

Contestant Schedule - Friday, Nov. 6

NOTE: Let us know if you can’t make this session. This is a time for you to get some individual practice in and become familiar with the stage!

Contestant Schedule - Saturday, Nov. 7

NOTE: Contestant will be excused 45 minutes before their
interview time to get ready for interview. Be sure to know
what you may be missing during that time.

Interview Schedule

NOTE: Interviews may run ahead or behind schedule.
Be prepared for this to flex ±10 minutes. You’ll know if we’re going to schedule the day of or not!
